Creative Form Liners, Inc. was hired by Lunda Construction Company to create form liners using our off-the-shelf geese patterns, CFL-SP002A-G2T/G1B and CFL-SP002A-G4T/G1B for a BNSF Railway pier wall project in Devil’s Lake, North Dakota.
Federal, state and local officials gathered on the Lindsey Street bridge for its official dedication, and the unveiling of Steven Weitzman‘s Seed Sower art panel on Friday, October 27, 2017. The Lindsey Street Bridge opened to traffic in July and represents the most recently completed overpass in the largest construction project on the largest contract awarded by the Oklahoma Transportation Commission in Oklahoma’s history.
Among the attendees of this ceremonial unveiling were Governor Mary Fallin, Norman Mayor Lynne Miller, Norman Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Scott Martin, the current Secretary of Transportation and ODOT Executive Director Mike Patterson, Oklahoma University President David Boren, and Former Secretary of Transportation Gary Ridley. “This gives Norman a unique identity as the home of the University of Oklahoma,” Republic Bank and Trust President and CEO Chuck Thompson said on the image of the Seed Sower, intended to represent the spread of knowledge across the state. -The Norman Transcript

For Morris Avenue in the Bronx, New York, Creative Form Liners, Inc was hired by Notias Construction, Inc., to create the pattern and form liners for a custom treescape pattern and form liners for a new retaining wall project.
For the I-35/I-240 Crossroads Interchange in Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (“ODOT”) chose Creative Form Liners, Inc.’s proprietary, off-the-shelf block pattern, CFL-AR012, to cover a total of 3,000 feet of MSE retaining walls. In addition to this block pattern, the DOT is also re-using and re-purposing CFL’s form liners made for the Land Run Medallion for the Main Street Bridge (hyperlink) in Norman, Oklahoma.
The 5 x 5 feet panels will be placed at 95 feet intervals along the wall between the block pattern. The aesthetic infrastructure design firm, Creative Design Resolutions Inc, created the design for this stretch of wall in the capitol city. The form liners were made with the highest standards, using high-quality, reusable urethane rubber, which will allow up to +/-50 casts. The maximum relief is +/- 2”.
As one of the major thoroughfares into the University of Oklahoma’s Norman campus, the new Lindsey Street Bridge’s aesthetic design pays tribute to this university system’s main campus. To help realize the designs created by aesthetic infrastructure design firm, Creative Design Resolutions, Inc., Creative Form Liners was hired to fabricate the custom patterns and form liners for the grass and text bas relief seating walls and signage, Cherokee Gothic-inspired columns and lintels, as well as the Seed Sower, the emblem of the university that depicts the school’s first president, David Ross Boyd.
